GW Plastics Announces Chinese Tooling and
Molding Acquisition

New GW Plastics Guangdong Plant in Building B2 An-Li High Tech Park,
Zhen'an Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, P.R. China.
Bethel, Vt. - January 31, 2006
GW Plastics, Inc., one of the world's most
advanced injection molders and providers of precision tooling, components
and assemblies; announced today it has purchased a controlling interest
in WCH, a leading mold builder and injection molder headquartered
in Guangdong, China.
The Company, which will be renamed GW Plastics
Guangdong, employs more than 100 workers and is housed in a 40,000-square-foot,
highly-automated facility with clean room capability. GW Plastics
Guangdong will share the high standardization in equipment, operating
practices and quality systems (including ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949
certifications) that are hallmarks of all GW Plastics plants. GW
Plastics Guangdong is located in the An-Li High Tech Park on Zhen'an
Road in Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, P.R. China. GW
Guangdong is only a 1.5 hour drive from Hong Kong.

latest step in our global growth strategy," says Ben Bouchard,
GW Plastics' VP of International Marketing. "Our focus will
be on providing unprecedented high precision tooling and molding
capabilities to regional customers. At the same time, this operation,
with its high degree of automation and low-cost labor, will provide
a competitive advantage to our customers worldwide."
WCH, founded in 1997 by Lide Zeng, has been
a key supplier to GW Plastics for precision molds used in the production
of close tolerance parts for the automotive, healthcare and industrial
markets. Zeng and his management team will be retained to run the
GW Guangdong operation.

precision mold building, molding and assembly."
In addition to GW Plastics Guangdong, GW
Plastics recently opened a new, state-of-the-art production facility
in Querétaro, Mexico. That plant is located two hours northwest
of Mexico City and will meet the increasing demand for high precision
molding and assembly in one of the fastest growing industrial regions
of Mexico.
