Quality Assurance Manager
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a plant-wide quality system that focuses on customer satisfaction, defect prevention, and continuous improvement utlizing six sigma techniques. Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required, and a mnimum of 5 years quality assurance in the injection molding industry, preferably in medical device and/or automotive markets.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between our customers and the manufacturing process, by entering and tracking new orders, and managing those orders through to final delivery. Assists in preparing and hosting customer visits, and interacting with the GW Sales staff to service GW accounts. A Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years related experience is required, with fluency in Spanish desired.
Process Technician/Team Leader
The Team Leader supervises production, quality, and safety on the shift, and is responsible for supervising, processing, materials and mold setting. Specifically, is responsible for setting up, starting up, changing and maintaining 35 to 200 ton molding machines, molds, materials and their processes, as well as maintaining and monitoring the quality of parts being prepared for shipment, determining processing parameters of various tools, identifying problems, and addressing those accordingly. Previous supervisory experience as well as mechanical aptitude and dexterity required.
Quality Technicians
Provides quality support to manufacturing in the areas of statistical quality and process control, metrology, product quality, procedural and systems audits, random inspections, and training. This position ensures that the product manufactured, packaged, and shipped to our customers conforms to the established Quality Assurance Requirements. Previous quality control, injection molding, and manufacturing experience is desirable. Advanced computer skills and basic math is required.
Apprentice Metrologists
Responsible for performing First Piece Inspections and capability studies on injection molded plastic parts using state-of-the-art equipment such as programmable Optical or Coordinate measuring equipment, or open setup measuring equipment, and handling complex metrology problems in open setup. Associate degree in math or science is required, or the equivalent in education and work experience.

Operations Manager - Mold Division
Manages the day-to-day mold manufacturing operation in our state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking a catalyst for innovation and demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce costs in a modern manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager has full responsibility for evaluating workload, preparing schedules, giving clear work directions, trouble-shooting, and setting deadlines to ensure timely completion and accuracy of precision mold work. Successful candidates will have experience with multi-cavity high-precision, conventional, multi-shot, and insert molds, and possess a strong background in ISO, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
Process Engineer - Technology Center
Responsible for the implementation of fully qualified and documented production processes. Transitions new tooling programs, performs new mold and process improvement mold trials, troubleshoots production processes, audits production setups for adherence to the documented process, and identifies automation and productivity improvement opportunities. B.S. in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years experience in injection molding processing desired.
Process Technician - Technology Center
Performs all technical requirements for scientifically qualitying injection molds to meet customer specifications and requirements. Responsible for mold set-up, machine start-up, process optimization, and complete documentation to conform with established operating procedures. 3-5 years experience in injection molding processing, and a bachelor's degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering required. RJG Master Molder Certification desired.
General Machining Specialist- Mold Division
The Machining Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient manufacturing of general mold and tooling components, including electrode mounting and insert machining. The successful candidate must have experience using cutoff saws, Bridgeport mills, lathes, & surface grinders. Use of proper inspection equipment such as micrometers and height gages is desired. (1st and 2nd Shift Positions Available)
Grinding/Jig Grind Specialist- Mold Division
The Grinding/Jig Grinding Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient manufacturing of injection mold components, including precision machining using manual and CNC surface, and Moore & Deckel grinders. Knowledge of appropriate set up fixtures, grinding accessories, and inspection equipment is required.
CNC EDM Specialist - Mold Division
The EDM Specialist is responsible for programming, setup and running of multiple CNC EDM machines and processes using 3R fixturing, 3D UG CAD and CMM offline pickups with automation planning and scheduling. Knowledge of appropriate set up techniques, accessories and inspection equipment is required.
CNC Wire EDM Specialist - Mold Division
The Wire EDM Specialist is responsible for programming, set up and running of multiple CNC Wire EDM machines and processes. Proactive use of available technology, including knowledge of appropriate set up accessories and inspection equipment is required.
Moldmaker - Mold Division
We are seeking experienced injection moldmakers to utilize their skills on the mold assembly bench. This position is responsible for efficient and concise fitting of precision components and occasional independent mold repair. Journeyman experience, and knowledge of injection mold processing applied to proper mold debug techniques is required.
