Manufacturing Quality Engineer
Responsible for the quality assurance of all products, quality system management, manufacturing process quality, and customer problem resolution. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is also responsible for other quality engineering functions within the facility. Two year degree in either engineering or science is required; a four year degree is desired. A minimum of five years quality engineering experience is required, as is demonstrated experience with statistics and metrology. Experience in medical devices/components is preferred.
Machine Maintenance Technician
Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of molding machines, plant systems, and
auxiliary equipment, including control wiring on automation projects, updating machine changes, troubleshooting of electronic systems, robot programming, and downloading new programs from equipment suppliers. Previous injection molding machine
mechanical experience, and knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems required.
Sr. Project Engineer
The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for leading product design and development activities in our Product Development Division, which assists customers in developing the design of their product prior to the quoting and manufacture processes. Responsibilities include the initial design effort, initial testing and validation, and final manufacturing transfer to our Engineering Department. BS degree and a minimum of seven years experience in medical product design and development in single-use medical devices required.
Business Development Manager - GW Silicones
Responsible for directly increasing GW Silicones sales with new and existing accounts in the healthcare market. Primary focus is on developing and maintaining successful and mutually beneficial relationships with market leading OEMs and supporting manufacturing sales representatives. Must possess a solid record of accomplishment of sales growth in silicone molding including strong commercial contacts and demonstrated success in closing new business. Specific technical knowledge in thermoplastic and silicone molding is essential.
Regional Manufacturing Sales Representatives - GW Silicones
Responsible for regional business development and increasing GW Silicone's sales with a focus on new accounts. A preference will be given to sales agencies that have existing contacts in the silicone molding industry with a focus on healthcare, consumer/industrial and automotive accounts.

Operations Manager - Mold Division
Manages the day-to-day mold manufacturing operation in our state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking a catalyst for innovation and demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce costs in a modern manufacturing environment. The Operations Manager has full responsibility for evaluating workload, preparing schedules, giving clear work directions, trouble-shooting, and setting deadlines to ensure timely completion and accuracy of precision mold work. Successful candidates will have experience with multi-cavity high-precision, conventional, multi-shot, and insert molds, and possess a strong background in ISO, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
General Machining Specialist- Mold Division
The Machining Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient manufacturing of general mold and tooling components, including electrode mounting and insert machining. The successful candidate must have experience using cutoff saws, Bridgeport mills, lathes, & surface grinders. Use of proper inspection equipment such as micrometers and height gages is desired. (1st and 2nd Shift Positions Available)
Grinding/Jig Grind Specialist- Mold Division
The Grinding/Jig Grinding Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient manufacturing of injection mold components, including precision machining using manual and CNC surface, and Moore & Deckel grinders. Knowledge of appropriate set up fixtures, grinding accessories, and inspection equipment is required.
CNC EDM Specialist - Mold Division
The EDM Specialist is responsible for programming, setup and running of multiple CNC EDM machines and processes using 3R fixturing, 3D UG CAD and CMM offline pickups with automation planning and scheduling. Knowledge of appropriate set up techniques, accessories and inspection equipment is required.
CNC Wire EDM Specialist - Mold Division
The Wire EDM Specialist is responsible for programming, set up and running of multiple CNC Wire EDM machines and processes. Proactive use of available technology, including knowledge of appropriate set up accessories and inspection equipment is required.
Moldmaker - Mold Division
We are seeking experienced injection moldmakers to utilize their skills on the mold assembly bench. This position is responsible for efficient and concise fitting of precision components and occasional independent mold repair. Journeyman experience, and knowledge of injection mold processing applied to proper mold debug techniques is required.
We are not actively seeking to fill any positions in the San Antonio plant at this time.
