Quality is the foundation of our business, and as an
ISO-9001:2000/TS-16949:2002 registered company we take it very seriously.

GW Plastics' rigorous quality program includes working collaboratively with our customers to achieve a CPK value goal of 2 or greater on critical dimensions - a stringent benchmark few companies can consistently meet.

After process capability has been proven and final approvals are received our Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Departments continue to monitor each of the SPC characteristics using various control charts such as X Bar and R, P-charts, C-charts, U-charts, etc. GW is one of the few companies in the plastics industry capable of calculating and monitoring real time CPK values. All GW quality systems and procedures are documented and contained in our Quality Manual.

GW's quality performance as rated by our customers is consistently among the best in the industry. We have been selected by many of our customers as a preferred ship-to-stock supplier.
