CORPORATE QUALITY ENGINEER The Corporate Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the company's initiatives towards achieving continual improvement and operational excellence. Working closely with the Vice President of Quality, this position is an extension of that function and is a resource to support company-wide efforts related to quality improvement, employee training, and supplier development. The Corporate Quality Engineer will require frequent interface and coordination with several groups, including Human Resources, Plant Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time. At least 5-10 years related experience required, including medical and automotive plastic injection molding, lean manufacturing, PPAP and SPC. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, or Quality Manager preferred. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a plant-wide quality system that focuses on customer satisfaction, defect prevention, and continuous improvement utilizing six-sigma techniques. Successful candidates will possess "hands-on" analytical problem solving capabilities, as well as experience in improving quality assurance systems and a proven track record in managing a staff of Quality Engineers. Bachelor degree or equivalent related work experience required, as well as a minimum of 5-10 years quality assurance or quality engineering supervisory experience in medical device and/or automotive markets.
Querétaro, Mexico TOOL MAKER - LEAD The Tool Maker - Lead is responsible for supervising the activities of the Tool Makers, while simultaneously performing the Tool Maker duties for the facility. These duties include the building of tools to support the injection molding process, using customer specifications from engineering drawings. Candidates must have a background in tool making, including experience with miling machines, grinders, lathes and EDM equipment.
