CMM Programmer Responsible for writing detailed programs adn performing first piece inspections and capability studies on tight tolerance injection molded plastic parts, using state of the art programmable Coordinate Measuring Machines. Position required 3-5 years experience as a Sr. Metrologist with a minimum of 2 years CMM programming, demonstrated ability to handle complex mechanical dimensional inspection (metrology) in open setup, and thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Must have 3D CAD experience, experience with Brown & Sharpe CMM with PC-DMIS preferred.

CORPORATE QUALITY ENGINEER The Corporate Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting the company's initiatives towards achieving continual improvement and operational excellence. Working closely with the Vice President of Quality, this position is an extension of that function and is a resource to support company-wide efforts related to quality improvement, employee training, and supplier development. The Corporate Quality Engineer will require frequent interface and coordination with several groups, including Human Resources, Plant Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time. At least 5-10 years related experience required, including medical and automotive plastic injection molding, lean manufacturing, PPAP and SPC. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, or Quality Manager preferred. MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER Responsible for the quality assurance of all products, quality system management, manufacturing process quality and customer problem resolution. Also responsible for supporting continuous improvement activities. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience required, with experience in medical devices or components desired. SR. TOOLING ENGINEER Responsible for managing all aspects of multiple injection molding projects for customers, from initial mold design through submission and approval, meeting customer and production manufacturing requirements, and achieving targeted profit margins. Must have a thorough understanding of the injection molding process and automation, witha demonstrated capability to integrate tooling into injection molding automation work cells. Engineering degree desired, and 3-5 years experience in injection mold design and processing.
Querétaro, Mexico TOOL MAKER - LEAD The Tool Maker - Lead is responsible for supervising the activities of the Tool Makers, while simultaneously performing the Tool Maker duties for the facility.
