In 1955, GW Plastics opened for business in a rustic red barn in the quiet village of Bethel, Vermont. The business began with just two molding machines and a handful of customers, but with an unshakable dedication to precision molding, quality and customer service. Today, after heavy investment in facilities and equipment, the company ranks among the top 100 precision molders in North America (NAFTA region) with facilities in the United States, Mexico, and China.

The largest GW Plastics precision molding facility is located at our headquarters in Bethel, Vermont. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with 50+ robot assisted molding machines. We are located 30 minutes from the Lebanon, NH Municipal Airport, 1 1/2 hours from the Burlington, VT International Airport, 2 hours from the Manchester NH International Airport, and 3 hours from Boston's Logan Airport.  Vermont is a popular tourist destination with world class resorts, ski areas, and golf courses.

GW Plastics' molding plant in Royalton, Vermont is a minimal manpower facility. It is currently equipped with state of the art molding machines with a heavy emphasis on automation. GW Plastics' thinwall and multi-shot molding processes are located in the Royalton plant as well as our Technology Center and Molding Division. Vermont is a popular tourist destination with world resorts, ski areas, and golf courses.

GW Plastics molding facility in San Antonio, Texas is located in an industrial area of San Antonio proper just 15 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport. The location ensures one-day shipment of parts to customers throughout the Southwest, Southern California and Mexico. San Antonio is a popular tourist destination with the Alamo and the famous downtown Riverwalk all all just minutes from our facility.

GW Plastics facility in Tucson, AZ is located just 5 minutes from the Tucson International Airport. Like all GW Plastics' molding facilities, the Tucson plant is designed for high precision, low-cost manufacturing. GW's newest molding facility, GW Mexicana is a state of the art molding and contract assembly facility offering a full range of production capabilities and services.  Located just minutes from the new Querétaro International Airport on the NAFTA highway, GW Mexicana is in one of the newest industrial parks in Mexico.  Querétaro is a popular tourist destination located 138 miles north of Mexico City and can be easily accessed either by car, air or bus.
