With the GW Plastics Two Shot Molding process, the main unit of the machine injects the first component into the mold and a pre-molded part is produced. At the same time, the second unit injects the second component onto the pre-molded part. This process automates the molding of assemblies that have different combinations of resins or colors at one time.

Offers lower cost through the automation of assembly, and improved quality due to the consistency of production.
Wide choice of material combinations dependent on the application, part geometry and required bond strength.
