Press Release News Larry Bell joins GW Plastics as Vice President, Advanced MarketsFormer manager from Nypro and GE Plastics to focus on advanced technologies in GW Plastics’ global operations Bethel, Vt. - September 1, 2006 GW Plastics announces that Larry Bell has joined GW Plastics as Vice President, Advanced Markets. Bell will report directly to GW President and CEO, Brenan Riehl, and be responsible for leading the automotive commercial effort with a focus on advanced molding technologies such as insert, multi-shot, and in-mold decorating. He will also be responsible for identifying other promising technology-based new market opportunities for GW. Bell will work closely with Ben Bouchard, VP International Marketing, and Tim Reis, VP Healthcare Marketing, in a coordinated commercial effort to confirm GW Plastics as a technology-based global market leader. Reis will continue in his current marketing role directing the domestic healthcare marketing activities, while Bell will lead the automotive commercial team with a focus on advanced processes and new markets. Bouchard will now spend the majority of his time directing the Mexico and China commercial efforts for all markets. Bell joins GW Plastics from Nypro having served as Global Business Unit Manager in Clinton, MA, for seven years where he was responsible for Nypro’s automotive business segment. Prior to that, he served as a Segment Director for GE Plastics’ automotive business in Southfield, MI, and as Business Development Manager for the Plastics Products Division of Freudenberg-NOK in Manchester, NH, where he directed their commercial and product engineering teams. Bell holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a registered professional engineer and holds two patents in automotive technology applications.
