New Multi-shot Molding Capability

GW Plastics offers full-service capabilities for multi-shot molding ranging from component design to finished assembly. The multi-shot process involves molding two or more polymers and/or two colors of the same polymer at the same time. Although most thermoplastics, TPE and elastomeric materials are compatible with the multi-shot process, it is important that dissimilar materials have good chemical bonding characteristics.

A “Materials Compatibility Wall Chart” is available to assist in the selection of materials for your multi-shot designated products.
