Every phase of GW Plastics' production cycle is computer controlled and includes the most current robotic assistance on all primary molding machines in the company's four production facilities. Over 130 molding machines are equipped with state-of-the-art sprue and part removal robots that carefully remove parts from the molds, discard sprues and place finished parts on automated conveyors for packaging.

Robots are capable of performing complex sprue removal and other secondary operations to ensure part-to-part consistency.
Sprue and part removal robots enable efficient and cost-effective production.
New robotic molding equipment in our Royalton, Vermont plant enables it to be a 24 x 7 minimal manpower facility.
