Brenan Riehl serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GW Plastics.
Since joining GW Plastics in 1988, Brenan has held a number of positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President, President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1998, Brenan was appointed by the GW Board of Directors to President and CEO of GW Plastics.
Prior to joining GW Plastics, Brenan worked for Owens-Illinois and General Electric. Brenan is a member of The Board of Trustees at Alice Peck Day Hospital in Lebanon, New Hampshire and serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center (VMEC).
A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Brenan holds a B.A. in Economics.

Tom Johansen is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GW Plastics.
A GW Associate since 1992, Tom holds an MBA from Cornell University and an AB from Dartmouth College.
Prior to business school, Tom served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Africa.
He began his career with Arthur Andersen and earned both CPA and CMA distinctions.

Art Bennert serves as the Executive Vice President and COO of GW Plastics.
His primary responsibility includes oversight of the company’s molding operations in North America. Since joining GW Plastics in 1996, Art has served in a number of operating positions including General Manager – Southwest and Vice President of Operations.
Art is currently a Board Member of the Blood and Tissue Center Foundation in San Antonio, TX.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton University and a graduate degree in Finance from New York University.

Ben Bouchard serves as the Vice President, International Business Development and Managing Director – China.
Since joining GW Plastics in 1995, Ben has held several roles in the sales and marketing department and lead the marketing of our manufacturing expansions into Mexico and China.
Ben is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics and the University of Michigan with an MBA.

Timothy Holmes serves as the Vice President Engineering of GW Plastics.
Since joining GW Plastics in 1996, Timothy has held a number of positions including Process Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and Vice President Engineering.
Timothy has been a member of The Society of Plastics Engineers since 1980, and serves on the Advisory Board for Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Vermont Technical College.
A graduate of the University of Lowell, Timothy holds a B.S. in Plastics Engineering.
John Silvia serves as the VP President of Manufacturing Engineering and Chief Safety Officer of GW Plastics.
Since joining GW Plastics in 2000 John has also served as the Plant Manager of the Corporate Headquarters in Bethel, VT.
John is an Advisory Board Member for the Vermont Technical School’s Manufacturing Engineering Technology Degree Program.
A graduate of Alpena Community College, John holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.

Cathy Tempesta is the Vice President of Human Resources for GW Plastics.
Prior to joining the organization in 2003, she served as Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Manager for Ben & Jerry’s, Manager of Human Resources Management Services for The Business Council of New York State, Human Resources Manager for CB Sports, Inc., and Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Manager for Northeast Savings in Hartford, CT.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Lawrence University.

Terrence Hamm serves as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for GW Plastics.
Before joining GW Plastics in 2012 Terrence served as Vice President of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs for United Plastics Group a diversified injection molding company and contract manufacturer with locations in the U.S., U.K., Mexico and China; where he successfully helped lead the firm’s efforts to expand into the medical Device Contact manufacturing market.
In his 36 year career Terrence has served as Quality Manager, Director of Quality, and head of his own Regulatory Consulting Firm in addition to his two post as Vice President in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
Terrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
